In Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico in 1999 we started producing traditional handcrafted bread and desserts in a little bakery called “El Molino” specialized for the food service industry.

 

In 2004 having the vision to set out food products with personal packaging and branding we installed a production plant in San Antonio, Texas, US.

 

Now we have presence in more than 20,000 point of sales with the most prestigious retailers, convenience and food service clients, besides having alliances with the biggest and most important food companies by having co-branding agreements with them.
